REVIEWER GUIDELINES

Review Process

Becoming a Reviewer

After registering to the site (or even during registration), any authors may wish to participate in reviewing papers. If your are interested in becoming a reviewer but did not indicate such upon registration, simply log in, navigate to the 'Account' page, click the check box indicating your interest, and click 'Update'. You may be contacted shortly there-after regarding your promotion to reviewer.

As a Reviewer

As a reviewer, after logging in, you are automatically taken to a different page than you had as an author (though you may still go back to the author's dashboard with a link at the bottom of the page and continue to upload papers as an author would). On this reviewer dashboard you will see all papers that have been assigned to you by the editor. You are then expected to review these papers, leaving notes and comments within the file, as well as fill out a rubric (see below) before copying and pasting it to the last page of the author's paper. Lastly, upload your reviewed paper, with comments and the rubric at the end, to your reviewer dashboard.

As this is a blind, peer reviewed journal, please do not leave any comments that would identify yourself to the author and please be respectful.

Rubric

Current Rubric

Upon finishing a review, please download and fill out a rubric pertaining to the level of writing within the paper. You can download a current copy of the rubric here.
